The Green Digital Skills certificate program is a self-paced course, but our team is here to help if you have any questions. In this quick guide you will find the main support channels available. If you cannot find a helpful answer, you can contact your facilitator or our team.

GDS Learner Homepage on Notion
Each cohort has its own unique GDS Learner Homepage. Here you will find information about your facilitator, important course updates, links to the weekly workshops, and much more.
You can find a link to your cohort’s GDS Learner Homepage in the confirmation email you received after submitting the pre-learning survey, or in the email you received on the 1st day of the course.
Please make sure you bookmark your Learner Homepage, so you can check it regularly and stay updated throughout the course.
Can’t find your GDS Learner Homepage? Please contact your facilitator via the messenger on the INCO Academy learning platform (see below for more information).

If you cannot find an answer to your question on the GDS Course Support Page or the GDS Learner Homepage, you can contact your facilitator via the Messenger function on the INCO Academy learning platform. Click on the speech bubble in the top right-hand corner and type your facilitator’s name to start the conversation.

If you don’t have access to the INCO Academy learning platform, you can contact our team by submitting the GDS Learner Support Form. These forms are different depending on the language of the cohort, please note that it may take 3-4 working days to receive a response.
