Our goal is to provide our learners with clear, step-by-step instructions from the moment they submit their enrollment form all the way to the last day of their course. But if for some reason you’re missing information and don’t know where to start, here’s what we recommend depending on where you are in your Learner Journey. 

I cannot find my Learner Homepage: You have this link in your mailbox! This information is sent immediately after you submit the Pre-Learning Survey. The subject of the email is “Your Enrollment in the Green Digital Skills Certificate Program is Confirmed”.

In addition, we resend this information in the Day 01 email that is sent on the first day of the course with an email titled “Green Digital Skills – Day One Login Instructions”. 

I don’t know how to join the Learning Platform: This information is shared with you in the Day 01 email sent on the first day of the course. The subject of the email is “Green Digital Skills – Day One Login Instructions”. You will also find this information on your Learner Homepage.
